What I should to do with fear is meet it. Then when I meet fear, I just say:
"Okay, fear, I just want you to know that I know you’re there. I see you, I hear you and I feel you. And even though I hate it when you show up, and part of me wishes I could just kick you to the curb, I know that this is temporary and that you’re here for a reason. Thank you."
